Cancellation Policy

Prior to 20 September 2018, the cancellation fee applied will amount to 50% of the paid registration. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations made after this date although delegate substitutions will be possible without cost. Exceptions will be made for registration cancellations due to the failure to receive a visa on written confirmation of the visa denial from the Embassy. (Please know that visa invitation letters will not be issued without the delegate first making their registration and payment).
